\n There were new drinks, dishes finding their balance, background music, and laughter you could recognize from afar. But above all, there were people \u2014 those who always come back, those visiting for the first time, those who stop by for an aperitivo and stay longer than planned.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n 2025 was also a year of confirmations.\nThat there\u2019s no need to rush.\nThat quality matters more than quantity.\nThat a place truly lives only when it makes people feel at home.\n <\/p>\n\n

Cocktail, serate, persone. Un anno che vale la pena ricordare. Ci sono anni che passano veloci. E poi ci sono anni che restano. Il 2025 da Ugo \u00e8 stato fatto di serate piene, di bicchieri che si incontrano sul bancone, di conversazioni che iniziano per caso e finiscono tardi. Un anno costruito senza fretta, come piace a noi. Abbiamo continuato a fare quello che sappiamo fare meglio: cocktail pensati con cura, una cucina essenziale ma sincera, e un\u2019atmosfera che non ha bisogno di essere spiegata. Serata dopo serata, Ugo \u00e8 rimasto un punto fermo sui Navigli per chi cerca un posto dove stare bene, senza artifici. Ci sono stati nuovi drink, piatti che hanno trovato il loro equilibrio, musica di sottofondo, risate riconoscibili anche a distanza. Ma soprattutto ci sono state le persone: chi torna sempre, chi arriva per la prima volta, chi entra per un aperitivo e resta pi\u00f9 del previsto. Il 2025 \u00e8 stato anche un anno di conferme. La conferma che non serve correre. Che la qualit\u00e0 conta pi\u00f9 della quantit\u00e0. Che un locale vive davvero solo quando riesce a far sentire a casa chi entra. Ora ci prendiamo un momento.
